Disqualification for Passport Application

Application for passport is disqualified of any person: –

1. Who is not a citizen of Kenya;
2. Who gives false information for the purpose of obtaining a passport;
3. Submits incomplete forms; and
4. In respect of whom there is evidence of involvement in passport fraud, passport forgery or international crime(s).
