The “Certificate of No Impediment to Marriage” is issued to Kenyan citizens wishing to have their marriages conducted abroad.
The requirements are as follows: –
- Duly filled Application form MA5.
- Certified copy of applicant’s Valid Kenyan passport.
- Certified copy of applicant’s Kenyan birth certificate
- Certified copy of applicant’s resident permit.
- Certified copy of fiancé national passport.
- Processing fee of SEK1000 paid to (Click here).
- Verify that you have the required document/pre-requisites and you meet the relevant criteria before you apply.
- Processing period is between three (3) to six (6) months.
