    HUDUMA NAMBA REGISTRATION

    This is to Invite Kenyan Citizens in the Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland and Norway) for Huduma Namba Registration with effect from 6th May-20th June, 2019.

    The Government of the Republic of Kenya initiated the National Integrated Identity Management System (NIIMS) program through Executive Order No. 1 (2018). The purpose of this initiative is to create and manage a central master population database which will be the ‘single source of truth’ on a person’s identity. The database will contain information of all Kenyan citizens and will serve as a reference point for ease of service delivery to the people of Kenya. (Huduma Namba kwa Huduma Bora).

    Registration process

    1st Phase

    1. Log on to online registration portal: https://diaspora.hudumanamba.go.ke/

    2. Follow instructions, complete and submit the online form;

    3. After submitting online form, you will be provided with a reference number and a Document number via your email to enable registration for Huduma Namba (Check your junk/spam mail in case you do not see it in the main inbox); and

    4. Parents/Guardians may use their email accounts to register Minors.

    2nd Phase

    1. Present yourself to the registration center for biometric data capture; and

    2. All relevant original documents stated below should be presented for scanning, capturing of the biometrics and finalization of the registration process.

    Requirements

    1. You MUST be a Kenyan Citizen;

    2. You MUST have an email giving a Reference number and a Document number;

    3. You MUST provide the document used during registration, either a valid Kenyan Passport, Kenyan National Identity Card OR Kenya Birth Certificate;

    4. Bring along ALL other original Kenyan Identification documents to be uploaded on the system (such as Kenya passport, Kenya Birth certificate, Kenya Identity card, Kenyan Driving licence, National Social Security Fund (NSSF) card, National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF) card, and Kenya Revenue Authority PIN Certificate). Those with Foreign passports should also bring them for uploading.

    5.Biometric data capture will be applicable to age 6 years and above; and

    6.Children below 6 years will be registered but will NOT undergo biometric data capture.
